Maria Roman, age 89, of Jacksonville passed away on Monday, May 6, 2013. She was a loving, wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband William G. Roman, one daughter, Christy Berthiaume and her husband Gerald, one son Joe Matuszwski and his wife Brenda, a sister-in-law Wanda R. Perry of Laurens, New York, one grandson, Brett Matuszwski, one granddaughter Heather Weeks and her husband Bart, and one great-grandson Gavin Weeks. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 9, 2013 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home.
