Billy Frank Foster, 70 years old, resident of Riverside, Texas passed from this life, on Friday, March 11, 2016. He was born in Monticello, Arkansas to proud parents, Buck and Helen Foster, on July 25, 1945. Billy graduated from La Marque High School in 1964 and graduated from Lamar Tech and started his career with Schlumberger which lasted for 30 years until his retirement.
Billy is preceded in death by his father. Left to cherish his memories are his mother, Helen M. Foster; two brothers, Bobby Foster and wife Judy, and Ron Foster and wife Mary.
A funeral service will be held, Saturday, March 19, 2016, 1:00 pm at Crowder Funeral Home Chapel in Dickinson, Texas. Reverend Mike Seltzer will be officiating.
