Cornelius Maynard Gill was born July 28, 1986 in Camden, AR to Danny Gill, Sr. and Deloris Gill. He departed this life on Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at Ouachita County Medical Center. He became a member of New Beginnings Deliverance Church in August of 2012, where he was a faithful servant doing whatever was asked or required of him. Cornelius attended Camden Fairview Public Schools the greater part of his education, but earned his GED from SAU Tech in Camden. He was united in holy matrimony to Gloria Jean Tatum on September 01, 2007 in Fort Smith, AR.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mae Ruth Pratt and Buddy Pratt and Dorothy Jean Gill and Roscoe Gill.

He leaves to cherish his memories, wife, Gloria Gill; mother, Delores Gill (Horace); father, Danny Gill, Sr. (Beverly); one brother, Danny Gill, Jr. (Veronica); one sister, Shevernon Gill; one aunt, Mary Jones (Terry); five uncles, Larry Pratt, Eddie Pratt, Jeffery Pratt, Roscoe Gill and Thaniel Lee Gill; mother-in-law, Ruby Ann Tatum/Shahid B’Islam; special family friends, Kyimekia Williams (God Mother), Car’Rida Moore (God Sister), Eddie Moss, Virgil Lee Tatum, Jarvis Warren, Latyvian Gossett, Diane Johnson, James Davis (L.L.), Tina Baker, Bryan Barker, Archie Morgan, Keenana Curtis; and a host of cousins, family and friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, January 05, 2013 at New Calvary Church of God in Christ with burial in Eternal Rest Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Friday at Proctor Funeral Home.
