FARMINGTON — Pearlie Spears, 88, of Farmington died July 29, 2008. She was born March 1, 1920, in Pettigrew to Wilgus and Lillie Messer Brandenburg.
She was a former employee of Campbell Soup Co. and Kelly Canning Co. in Prairie Grove, a farmer and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Kenneth Dwaine Spears.
Survivors include one son, Kenneth Spears and wife Louise of Fayetteville; two daughters, Wanda Halbrook and husband Richard "Dick" of Farmington and Linda Ritchie and husband John of West Fork; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville, online at www.mooresfuneralchapel.com.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Farmington Cemetery with Jeff Hart officiating.
Memorials may be made to Washington Regional Hospice, 34 W. Colt Square, Fayetteville, 72703.
