BOY DROPS DEAD FOLLOWING SWIM
Floyd West, age 16, son of Clyde West of Farmington, dropped dead yesterday afternoon following a swim in Hamestring, a creek near Farmington.
The boy had been in the water only a short while and had not especially exerted himself, according to those with him. He had come out of the water and had practically finished dressing when he fell over dead. Heart leakage is said to have been the cause of the boy's death. Funeral services will be held today from the home.
