Fraulene Williams-Rogers was born in Camden, Arkansas, to the late Benjamin F. Williams and Alice Nail Williams. She attended elementary school for two years in Chicago, Illinois. Later she returned to Camden, AR, and graduated from Camden Colored School.

After completing high school. Fraulene attended Wilson Jr College in Chicago, Illinois. She also attended SAU-Tech in downtown Camden.

Fraulene married Francis Rogers who was in the military. She did extensive travel with her husband and lived in the following states and countries: Oklahoma, Virginia, Kentucky, and Germany. She returned to Camden in 1966 while her husband continued to serve in the military. After her husband retired from the military, he attended Mortician School and worked with her father at Williams Funeral Home. In 1982, her husband was killed in a car accident, and her father's health began to fail, and she had to manage and operate the business. She became a licensed Funeral Director. Fraulene was the owner and manager of Williams Funeral Home in Camden. She was in this position for over 31 years and the business is still going strong.

Fraulene was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church where Bishop Chester Thompson is the pastor. She was active in several civic organizations. She was the first black female to serve on Camden's Chamber of Commerce Board She has worked with the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society and the United Way. Size was a member of Les Jeune Amies Federated Woman's Club and a 2007 inductee of Outstanding Woman of Distinction in Southern AR, Inc. Also, Fraulene was a member of the Elks Lodge Civil Leaf Temple.

She enjoyed reading, cooking, fishing and sewing.

She transitioned on Tuesday, November 192019 at home surrounded by her loved ones. She leaves to mourn one nephew Ronald (Sheila) Booth of Menlo Park, Ca, great nephews-Eric Booth of Menlo Park, Ca, Charles III, and Josh Jones. great niece 13rianna (Angel H) Duen of Lancaster, CA, great- great nieces, Juanita, Chloe, Gabrielle, and Autumn, great- great Nephew Angel 1V, Two stepsons-Francis (Claudette) Rogers Jr of Rapid City, SD, and Earl (Alberta) Rogers of Denver, Colorado, A special cousin Roland Gosey Arkadelphia, AR and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
