July 25, 1936 - December 27, 2020
Sister Eardene Smith was born to the late Earnest L. Sr. and Ruth L. Neal Holcomb July 25, 1936 in Ouachita County. Her sister Obera Holcomb Smith preceded her in death.
She united with the Good Hope Baptist Church at an early age under the leadership of Reverend Samuel Morris. She attended church regularly.
She married Lonnie C. Smith on April 7, 1962. She was employed by the Green family for fifty-plus years. She departed this life December 27, 2020 at Silver Oak Rehabilitation Center.
She leaves to cherish her memories her loving husband of fifty-eight years, Lonnie C. Smith; one brother, Earnest L. (Adriana) Holcomb of Jacksonville, Arkansas and a host of nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, other relatives and friends.
