Clara Mae Mabery, died on Saturday, October 18, 2014 in Murfreesboro. She was born on March 25, 1923 in Pike City, Arkansas, the daughter of the late William Tomas Wall and Netti Bell Bateman (Wall).
She worked many years gathering eggs in chicken houses, and was a homemaker that loved cooking for her family.
She is survived by her two sons, John Dell Mabery and friend, Sheila Curry of Pike City, AR and Tracy Mabery and wife, BJ of Pike City, AR; two daughters, Shirley Mabery of Hot Springs, AR, and Clara Faye Wilkins and husband, Kenneth of Pike City, AR; 10 grandchildren, Dale and wife, Cindy Wilkins, Heather Mabery and Hillard, Hunter Mabery, John Stacy Mabery, Angel Mabery Rowton and Scottie Rowton, Diana Lewis and Ken Lewis, Denise Stevens and Shawn, Stanley Ward and Leisa, Debra Daniell, and Delilah Raney; 18 great grandchildren, Hannah, Zack, Gerah, Donte, Nicole, JD, Megan, Tashia, John Devin, Jessica, Megan, Ryan, Kyle, Chris, Kenny, John, Gary, and Becky;17 great great grandchildren, Sadie, Mason, Erin, Tori, Kaleigh, Alysia, Amelia, Alex, Hannah, Landon, Jordan, Aspin, Sloan, Justin, Sierra, Hailee, Christean, Kyle, Andrew, and Ryan; one brother, Lonnie Joe Wall of Branch, AR; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Ancel John Mabery; her brother, Jessie Wall; and three sisters, Bell Spears, Tincie Jackson, and Edna Johnson.
Services will be 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Latimer Funeral Home, Murfreesboro with Rob Evans and Brother Rick Green officiating.
Burial to follow in Pike City Cemetery
