FAYETTEVILLE — Lenora "Catherine" Brown, 84, of Fayetteville died Nov. 28, 2004, at her home. She was born Aug. 12, 1920, in Corrizo Springs, Texas, to Travis William and Virgil Bell Brown. She was a retired registered nurse who received an LPN license from the Fayetteville Practical Nurses School and an associate degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas. She had worked at most of the nursing facilities in Washington County and was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Fayetteville.
Survivors include two sons, Raymond Royal and David Royal, both of Fayetteville; one daughter, Pamela Diane Styles of Fayetteville; one brother, Travis Alvin Brown of Winston-Salem, N.C.; one sister, Mildred Makki of Fayetteville; five grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Mount Comfort Cemetery in Fayetteville under the direction of Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
