Stephanie R. Pruitt, 34, of Springdale died June 19, 2006, in Fayetteville as the result of injuries suffered in an automobile accident. She was born March 2, 1972, in Fayetteville to Richard D. Ulrich and Susan G. Mitchell Ulrich.
She attended Mount Comfort Presbyterian Church and was a third generation hair stylist by vocation. However, her lifelong dream was achieved when she became the mother of her two sons.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Clara Mitchell Helm.
She is survived by her sons, Spencer and Tanner Pruitt of Missouri, her mother, Susan Todd of Springdale; her father, Richard D. Ulrich of Springdale; her stepfather, Terry Todd of Springdale; her grandfather, Howard Helm of Fayetteville. Other survivors include her brothers, Richard B. Ulrich of Bentonville, Travis Ulrich of Fayetteville, Brock Ulrich of Springdale, Brant Ulrich of Springdale; and her sisters, Jamie Thompson of Springdale and Becky Miller of Springdale; and 12 nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 23 at Mount Comfort Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville. Burial will be in Mount Comfort Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville, online at www.mooresfuneralchapel.com.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m today at the funeral home.
