FARMINGTON — Billy Dale Thomas, 76, of Farmington died Jan. 13, 2009, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. He was born Aug. 26, 1932, near Prairie Grove.
He farmed with his family until retiring in 2002. He was a member of Farmington Baptist Church. He enjoyed RVing, three-wheel motorcycles and dancing.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Paula Kay Thomas.
Survivors include two daughters, Daleen Hill and husband Maury, and Cheryl Thomas Miller and husband Sam, all of Farmington; three grandchildren, Shannon Stearman and husband Travis of Prairie Grove, Dale Hill and wife Amy of Farmington and Miranda Miller of Miami, Okla.; seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Friday at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, online at www.luginbuel.com. The family will be present from 6 to 7 p.m.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Farmington Baptist Church with Preston Beeks officiating. Burial will be in Mount Comfort Cemetery at Fayetteville.
