SPRINGDALE — Virginia Gail Coston, 71, passed away Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014, at Northwest Medical Center Springdale. She was born March 6, 1942, in Mountain Home, Ark., to Herbert and Mary Glen Beckham Butler.
Virginia worked at Sears as a sales clerk where she retired. She enjoyed watching the seniors bowl.
She was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.
Survivors include her husband, Wendell Ray Coston of the home; one son, Scott Coston of Springdale; one daughter, Cheryl Stange and husband, Todd, of Rogers; one brother, David Butler and wife, Trish, of Bearden, Ark.; one sister, Nancy Bryant of Springdale; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, Jan. 9, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale. Burial will follow in Mount Comfort Cemetery in Fayetteville.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
