Mrs. Mary Ella West Pickens, 80, Meadowview Lodge, Huntsville, died Aug. 31 in a Huntsville hospital. Born Jan. 4, 1894, she was the daughter of Bill and
Amanda Dutton West, a member of First Christian Church and before retirement was employed at University of Arkansas food service.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Bessie Pickens, Fayetteville; one sister, Mrs. Myrtle Moore, Westville, Okla.; one grandchild and three great- grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in Moore Chapel, Fayetteville. Burial will be in Thorpe Cemetery under the direction of Moore.
