January 24, 1916 - June 12, 1967
Leon Ralph Teater, of Hampton, aged 51, died Sunday at the Hampton clinic after an illness of some time. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ida Lee Bryant Teater, one daughter, Mrs. Charles Hopper of Camden, one son, Myrle Teater of West Monroe, La.; one sister, Mrs. Helen Coke of El Dorado; one brother, Virgil Williams of McCrory and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Hampton with burial in Camp Ground Cemetery. Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce is in charge of arrangements.
