Alice Puryear, 91, of Gravette, died Friday, Dec. 9, 1994, at the Gravette Medical Center.
She as born Aug. 16, 1903 in Robson, W. Va. to Henry S. Reese and Ruth C. Lowry Reese. She was preceded in death by her husband John E. Puryear in 1965 and one son and one daughter. She was a homemaker and a member of the Donivan Church of Gravette and lived in this area most of her life.
Survivors include two sons, Bill Puryear of Hiwasse and John Puryear of Rogers; two daughters of Coleen Ramey of Gravette and Barbara Logan of Valley Center, Kans.; 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Callison-Lough Chapel at Gravette with Bro. Lavender and Bro. James Cope officiating.
Interment will be in the Daniel Cemetery and memorials may be made to the Daniel Cemetery Fund.
Arrangements are under the direction of Callison-Lough Funeral Service of Gravette.
