Jeffery David Dunn, 52, of Mulberry died Saturday, June 9, 2012, in Fort Smith.
He was born Aug. 18, 1959, in Van Buren.
He was a mechanic and of the Catholic faith.
Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at New Cemetery in Mulberry under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home in Ozark.
He is survived by his companion, Lacey Helmert of Mulberry; his mother, Wanda Dunn; three sons, Tyler Dunn of Alabama, Andrew Dunn of the Navy and Cody Dunn of Ozark; three sisters, Donna Nelson of El Reno, Okla., Elizabeth Bradley of Mulberry and Peggy Bartlett of Altus; and brother, Sam Dunn of Ozark.
