Mary Lou Cranford, 93 of Lynn passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021 at her home. She was born October 3, 1927 in Doniphan, Missouri to William Walter and Beulah E. Caldwell Yates. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Dwain Edwards and Noal Cranford; three brothers, Ernie Yates, Bill Yates and Norman Yates and two sisters, Martha Murray and Juanita Halcomb.

Survivors include two sons, Jerry L. Murphy of Searcy and James Allen Murphy of Kansas, Oklahoma; one daughter, Joan Burch (David) of Lynn; five grandchildren, Dallas Heasley, Jesse Burch, Mindy Lacefield, Lea Murphy and Tal Sands; six great grandchildren, Riley Heasley, Cooper Heasley, Jake Heasley, Sutton Heasley, Caleb Burch and Evan Burch; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be Monday, April 5, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Batesville with Dr. Michael Higginbottom officiating. Arrangements are by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.

Visitation will be from 8:45 until 9:45 a.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.

Noal Franklin Cranford
Bee Branch, AR, 1925 - 2016

Noal Franklin Cranford, 91, of Bee Branch, Ark. was born in Pine Snag, Ark. on March 25, 1925 to the late Joseph and Lula Cranford and passed from this life on Dec. 29, 2016 at his home.

Mr. Cranford was a farmer, coal miner, oil field worker and dairy farm owner. He served his country with honor during World War II.

He is preceded in death by his parents and two beloved sons.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Mary Lou, of the home; two daughters, Norma Wood (Glen) of Pleasant Plains, Ark. and Carol Francis of Dardanelle, Ark.; two step-sons, Jerry Murphy (Tammy) of Searcy, Ark. and James Murphy of Oklahoma; one step-daughter, Joan Burch (David) of Lynn, Ark.; seven grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; one brother, Arthur Cranford (Ann) of Greenbrier, Ark.; one sister, Edith Rounsavall of Athens, Texas; several nieces; nephews; other relatives; and many friends.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017 at the Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel in Clinton, Ark.

Funeral Services will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 2, 2017 at the Funeral home with burial following at Halbrook Cemetery in Center Ridge.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton, Ark.
