Max W. Moore, 89 of Batesville passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021. He was born March 2, 1932 in Huff, Arkansas to Truman and Mabel Moore. He was a retired mechanic and a farmer and was a United States Air Force Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Betty Faye Moore.

Survivors include two sons, Russell Moore (Karen) and Kevin Moore (Debbie) both of Floral ; one daughter, Kim Halladay of Lockesburg; three grandchildren, Jayme Stacy (Anthony), Michael Moore and Matt Moore; two great grandchildren, Cason Stacy and Alexis Stacy; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Kyler Cemetery at Southside with James Edwards officiating. Arrangements are by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Kyler Cemetery, Attn: Laura Guth, 3780 Batesville Blvd., Batesville, AR 72501

Betty Moore, 80 of Batesville died Friday, November 18, 2016. She was born June 2, 1936 at Mount Holly, Arkansas to Custer H. and Lottie (Perry) Machen. She was a homemaker and a retired Registered Nurse.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a twin brother, Benny Machen.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Max Moore of the home; sons, Russell Moore and Kevin Moore both of Batesville; daughter, Kim Halladay of Tilden, Texas; grandchildren, Jayme Stacy of Lockesburg, Michael Moore and Matthew Moore both of Batesville; great grandchildren, Cason Stacy and A.J. Stacy both of Lockesburg; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be Monday, November 21, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kyler Cemetery at Southside with Bro. Stacey Reed officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.

Visitation will be Monday, November 21, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Dennis Moore, David Guth, Randal Moore, Doug Machen, Mark Biram, Brent Henderson, Toney Stacy and James Thomas.
