Betty Sue Cater Rabb, age 87 of Monticello, went home to be with her Heavenly Father surrounded by her son and his wife. She was born August 20, 1932, in Drew County, AR to the late J. O. Cater and Gertrude Brown Cater.
She was the widow of Grover Rabb, retired from Burlington Industries and was of the Assembly of God faith. She attended Oak Grove Assembly of God Church. Betty was strong in her Christian faith, a daily prayer warrior, praying countless hours for her family and friends, a woman of God, serving him through touching others with her caring and giving spirits. She read and studied the Bible faithfully using it to witness to her family and friends. When you visited her at home, you felt so welcome and no one ever left without her praying for you. She was known for her delicious homemade rolls that she shared with many.
Her memory will live on in our hearts forever. Our loss is heavens gain. We will miss you, but we know that you have now received Heaven's reward. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Maxine Marter; and two brothers, Junior Cater and Stanley Cater.
