Jimmy S. Burnett, age 80 of Monticello, passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at The Woods Nursing & Rehab in Monticello. He was born November 14, 1937 in Drew County, AR to the late Frank C. Burnett, Sr. and Jessie McCabe Burnett.
He was retired from Burlington Industries and was a Christian. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his caregivers, Delbert Arrington and wife Lorraine of Monticello; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service was held 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Campground Cemetery. Arrangements by Stephenson-Dearman. Online guestbook www.stephensondearman.com.
