Rick Allen McKinney, 63, of Ozark, Arkansas died Monday, February 25, 2019 in Ozark. He was a self-employed Poultry and Cattle Rancher. He was born October 21, 1955 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Artemus and Delpha Cagle McKinney. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Randall McKinney.
Rick is survived by his wife, Valerie Flippen McKinney of Ozark; two daughters, Jennifer Bartlett and husband Michael of Ozark, and Angela Shoaf of Arkoma, Oklahoma; two sons, Jeremy Williams of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Justin Williams of Ozark; five grandchildren, Lindsey Bartlett, Abigail Shoaf, and Noah, Caleb, and Ivy Williams; and one great grandchild, Jaiben Stacey.
Family will visit with friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the service Friday, March 1st at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 W. Commercial St. in Ozark.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, March 1, 2019 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Carroll Squires officiating under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
