Charlotte Louise Barker Spraggins, age 92, of Warren, AR, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2019, at her home. She was born May 19, 1927, in Warren, AR, a daughter of the late Jessie Otis Barker and Lilas Mossholder Barker. Charlotte was a homemaker, a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church and the widow of J.C. Spraggins who died June 6, 2013. They were united in marriage February 3, 1945. Also preceding her in death was a grandchild Wendy Sheree Spraggins and a great-grandchild Bradleigh Klair Glosup.
Survivors include her children, Connie Jones (Bill) of Warren, AR; Patricia Ann Duran (Dennis) of Rison, AR; David Spraggins (Debbie) of Texarkana, AR, Tommy Spraggins (Carolyn) of Warren, AR; a sister in law Barbara Reynolds of Warren, AR; ten grandchildren, Mike Jones, Kelly Jones Jackson, Jonathan Duran, Amanda Gray, Todd Spraggins, Kimberly Blankenship, Alan Spraggins, Julie Day, William Glosup, Amber Glosup and eighteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 21, at Frazers Chapel with Rev. David Bostian officiating. Linda Barrett was organist and Kelly Jones Jackson was soloist. Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery by Frazers Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Mike Jones, Jonathan Duran, Todd Spraggins, Alan Spraggins, William Glosup, David Gray, Brian Blankenship, Stephen Day, and Justin Vanlandingham. Memorials are preferred to Ebenezer Baptist Church, 621 Bradley 7 South, Warren, AR, 71671.
