June 27, 1925 - February 17, 2007
Harvey E. Rowland, age 81, of Bearden, died Saturday, February 17, 2007, in the Ouachita County Medical Center at Camden. He was retired from International Paper Company, a Methodist, and an owner and operator of a service station.
Mr. Rowland was preceded in death by his wife Mattie Jean Reddin-Rowland; his parents, Will Rowland and Martha Mae Ragan-Rowland; two sisters and a brother.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Lott-Rowland of Morton, MS; two sons, Eddie Rowland and wife, Frances, of Bearden and Eugene Rowland of Centerville, AL; three sisters, Jeannie Dorey of Bearden, Ola Jones of Thornton and Dean Gray of Sheridan; two grandchildren, two great- grandchildren and special friend, James Guy Yeager.
The funeral services were held at Proctor Funeral Home with Bobby Reddin officating. Burial was in Moss Cemetery at Bearden by Proctor Funeral Home of Camden. To sign the online register: www.proctorfuneralhome.com.
