June 9, 1927 - April 4, 2008
Charles Floyd Cotton, 80, of Fort Smith died Friday, April 4, 2008, in local hospital. He was a member of King Solomon Christian Church and a retired employee of Interstate Electric Co.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday at King Solomon Christian Church with burial at Highland Cemetery in Ozark under the direction of Rowell-Parish Mortuary of Fort Smith.
He is survived by two daughters, Shirley Hughes of Fort Smith and Delores Tate of Altus; three sons, Charles Cotton and Michael Alston, both of Fort Smith, and Carl Cotton of Clarksville; two sisters, Lois Wrye and Shirley Alston, both of Clarksville; a brother, Leroy Cotton of Clarksville; 28 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be William and Roy Cotton, Leon and Billy Hughes, Thomas Perry and George Tate.
