Beryl Rosalie Lampert Herren, 88, of Marion, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at her home.

Mrs. Herren was born on April 4, 1932 in Somerset, England to parents Willie and Ellen Lampert. She served in the Women's Royal Air Force in England until she married her husband, David, a United States Army serviceman. They married in May 1951 and moved to the USA in 1955. She was a long-time member of Holy Cross Episcopal in West Memphis, Arkansas. She enjoyed knitting, reading, and anything English.

She is survived by her son, Michael Herren and wife Alice of West Memphis, Arkansas; daughter Marie Bassford and husband David of Marion, Arkansas; daughter Patty Smith and husband George of Rossville, Tennessee and daughter Joyce Phillips and husband Ty of Collierville, Tennessee, two sisters, Barbara Gulliver of Bowerchalke, England and Sheila Bundy of Bishopstone, England; and one brother, Gordon Lampert of Wiltshire, England; four grandchildren, Michael Herren, Jr, Tricia Morris, Sarah Phillips and Halle Phillips; and two great grandchildren, Joseph Morris and Kylo Herren.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, David Jacob Herren; her parents, Willie and Ellen Lampert; and a brother, Maurice Lampert.

Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday 27, 2021 at Hope Cemetery at Imboden.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital of National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

All services are under direction of McNabb Funeral Home

To follow the directives of Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson, masks covering the mouth and nose are required for all persons in Arkansas for all indoor and outdoor settings, with exposure to non-household members where social distancing cannot be assured. Those attending will also be asked to sign a contact registry and maintain a social distance.
