Avis Annette Anderson Nix, age 62, of Texarkana, Arkansas, died Sunday, August 24, 2014, at her residence.
Mrs. Nix was born March 17, 1952, in Texarkana, Arkansas, and had been a life time resident. She was a member of Grace Covenant Church and was a retired Registered Nurse from Christus St. Michael Health Care System.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Nix of Texarkana, Arkansas, two sons and one daughter-in-law, Matthew and Amy Nix of Texarkana, Arkansas and Kurt Nix of Seminole, Florida, her father, Roy (Andy) Anderson of Texarkana, Texas, one sister and brother-in-law, Cindy and Robert Peeples of Nash, Texas, two brothers and one sister-in-law, Mitchell and Peggy Anderson and Kerry Bruce Anderson of Texarkana, Texas, and five grandchildren, Nathan Nix, Norah Nix, Klaire Nix, Karson Nix, and Morgan Carlton.Funeral services will be at 4:00 P. M. Wednesday at Grace Covenant Church with Tom Lincoln officiating.
Burial will be at East Memorial Gardens
