Helen Phillips Weast, 87 of Star City, passed away Friday, March 6, 2020, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff.
She was born, January 3, 1933 in Keo to the late Aurther and Jewell Ward Phillips.
She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Star City, was a retired seamstress for Levi’s Manufacturing and loved to do woodworking.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Weast, a grandson, Chad Gaddis, three brothers, Raymond Phillips, Jeral Phillips, Danny Phillips and a sister, Juanita Tipton.
Survivors include one son, Ricky Weast (Anita) of Star City, three daughters, Barbara Haynes (Michael) of Star City, Debbie Ayres (Tony) of Summerdale, Al. and Shirley Gaddis of Star City, one brother, Larry Phillips (Michelle) of Plumerville, a sister, Louise Shepherd of Star City, Eight Grandchildren and Thirteen Great Grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 8, 2020 with Bro. Don Borland officiating.
There will be no formal visitation. Arrangements by Griffin Funeral Service, Star City.
