Obituary
CLOVIS, Calif. — Anna Mae Brannon, 73, of Clovis, Calif., formerly of Batesville, died March 1, 2011, in Fresno, Calif.
Born July 15, 1937, she was the daughter of Earnest and Pauline Willis Howard. She was of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include a son, Howard "Sonny" Brannon of Barstow, Calif.; a daughter, Sheila Mae Brooks of Selmer, Tenn.; two brothers, Calvin Howard of Batesville and Alan Howard of Floyd; a sister, Alice Faye Hollowell of Batesville; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Eliza Lee Hightower.
The funeral will be at noon Saturday at Cushman First Assembly of God Church with Kenny Tharp officiating. Arrangements are by Hardy & Loresa's Family Funeral Service Inc. in Batesville.
Pallbearers will be David Brannon, David B. Brannon, Jacob Brannon, Michael L. Funke, Michael S. Hatfield and Joseph Duncan.
Honorary pallbearers are Wesley Wren, Billy Queary, Greg Queary, Michael A. Howard, Danny St. John and Mark Hollowell.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the church.
