Leona Inez Mullins, 88, of Star City passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020.
She was born September 15, 1932 in Star City to the late Owen Weatherford and Media A. Jones Weatherford.
Mrs. Mullins was a wonderful cook and loving grandmother. She enjoyed crafting and spending time with her family. Mrs. Mullins was a Baptist. She was a retired nurses aide at Gardner’s.
Also preceding her in death are 3 brothers, Homer Weatherford, Clarence Weatherford and Elvin Weatherford, one sister, Joy Newton, one grandchild and one great grandchild.
Survivors include 3 sons; Bruce Mullins (Barbara) of Sheridan, Dwight Mullins (Sandy) of White Hall, and Wayne Mullins of Watson Chapel; 3 daughters Tammy Webb (Lester) of Poyen, Debbie Mullins of Pine Bluff and Malinda McEntire (Mike) of Star City; 3 sisters Mary Grimes of Star City, Martha Sue Tucker of Des Arc and Johnnie McKeown of Star City. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
A private graveside will be held at Hickory Grove Cemetery.
