Jeffery S. Morgan, 55, of Smackover passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at the John R. Williamson Hospice House.
He was born August 22, 1961 in El Dorado, AR to Arlon Paul Morgan and Mary Francis Turner Morgan. Jeffery worked at Martin Operating as a lab analyst. He was an active member of Westside Baptist Church where he was a deacon and sang in the choir. He loved hunting and fishing and was an avid Razorback fan and most of all he loved his family and spending time with them.

Preceding him in death is his father.

Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Nancy Younts Morgan of Smackover; his daughters, Rebecca Burns (Bobby) of Norphlet & Kathrine McCorvey (Jake) of Smackover; his mother, Mary Turner Morgan of El Dorado; his brothers, Phil Morgan, Joel Morgan, Ronnie Morgan all of El Dorado and his first grandchild, Adalyn Kate McCorvey who is expected anytime in July.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Westside Baptist Church with Rev. Robby Sherman and Rev. Cody Lain officiating. Burial will follow at Union Baptist Cemetery in Old Union under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.

Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday night at the church.

Memorials may be made to the ALS Association of Arkansas, 1200 W. Walnut St., Suite 2309, Rogers, AR 72756, and Life Touch Hospice, 2301 Champagnolle Rd., El Dorado, AR 71730.
