Mack Clenney, 62, of Hot Springs, died Friday, Oct. 3, 2008. Born December 15, 1945, at Story, to George Frank and Effie Howell Clenney, he was a retired construction worker and of Baptist Faith. He was predeceased by four brothers, Willie "Winky" Clenney, and Clayton "Pete" Clenney, Clifton Clenney and Onilee Clenney; and one sister, Vicky Kykendall.
Survivors include one son, Douglas Mack Clenney Jr., of Hot Springs; one daughter and son-in-lae, Shelly and Jeff Crawford, of Hot Springs; three brothers, George "Dub" Clenney of Royal, Glenn "Bo" Clenney of Hot Springs, and Yewelldean Hodges, seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren nieces and nephews.
The service will be 1 p.m. Monday in Hot Springs Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Duane Mearns officiating.
Pallbearers will be Jim Miller, Jeff Crawford, Sonny Roland, Kody Garrison and Brian Pate. Honorary Pallbearers are Linda Angel, Drs. Timothy Webb, and Martin Koehn and Arkansas Hospice staff.
Burial will be in Reed Cemetery, Story. Visitation will be 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. today (Oct 5, 2008) at the funeral home.
