Richard Alan Shewmaker, Sr., 72, of Camden, AR, passed away on January 01, 2018. He was born in Yakima, Washington on April 19, 1945.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Duane Shewmaker of Washington State. He is survived by his wife, Myrtle Shewmaker of Camden; mother, Dorothy Shewmaker of Washington; one brother, Karl Shewmaker and wife, Fran; two sisters, Gloria Mils and husband, Dale and Cathy Morgan and husband, Bryce all of Washington State; three sons and two daughtes, Cindy Brian and husband, Kelly of Benton, AR, Michael Purifoy and wife, Angela of Monticello and James Purifoy of Camden; Brandie Jetton and husband, Scotty of Camden, and Richard Shewmaker, Jr., and wife, Tiffanie of Camden; fourteen grandchildren, Josh, Justin, Lindsey, Mike, Jordan, Blake, Kole, Jacob, Shelby, Zach, Caleb, Chris, Alexis and Aubrey.
Funeral services will be held at Proctor Funeral Home on Saturday, January 06, 2018 at 2:00PM. The graveside service will follow at the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery on Fairview Road. Visitation will be on Friday, January 05, 2018 between 6:00-8:00PM at Proctor Funeral Home.
