When Ancedell "Della" McClain was born on March 24, 1846, in Kentucky, her father, William, was 41, and her mother, Eliza, was 29. She married Henderson Crawford Hall and they had one son together. She then married Mr. Hudson in 1882. She died on April 23, 1918, at the age of 72, and was buried in Blytheville, Arkansas.
