A Memorial Service for Hazel Baker of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Heather Marsalis as Celebrant.

Hazel passed away January 18, 2016, in Gassville, Arkansas at the age of 89. She was born July 6, 1926, in Pear Valley, Texas, the daughter of John and Dollie Kirksey Watkins. She married Arthur Baker on February 27, 1987. Hazel lived in Mountain Home since 1992, moving from Wynne, Arkansas. She enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening, canning and was a great cook and a hard worker.

Hazel is survived by her son, ET (Linda) Crawford of Pea Ridge, AR; two daughters, Donna (Ronnie) Smith of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Okeechobee, FL; Shirley Pryor of Gamaliel, AR; four grandchildren, Brad Crawford, Amy Risucci, Kendal Smith, and Sean Williams; and 9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Art Baker, former husband, Evan Crawford, Sr., grandson, Kris Smith, 11 brothers and 4 sisters.

Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
