Mr. Gerald Wayne (Buck) Goldman went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 8, 2019.
Buck was born on July 10th, 1945, the son of Johnny Goldman and Lillian (Waddill) Goldman.
He was a graduate of Newport High School. Buck was an employee for Sutherland Lumber Company for 53 years. He was an avid deer hunter and loved life. He had a passion for helping and entertaining others. He had such a bright personality that made everyone want to be around him. He was a devoted and loving father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Mary Lindsey, and brother, Johnny (Butch) Goldman.
Buck is survived by two children, Gary and wife, Bonnie Goldman, of Little Rock, Brandy Goldman of Vilonia; two sisters, Patricia Treadway of Sulphur Rock and Diana McClure of Newport; two grandchildren, Gary Jo and wife, Stephanie Goldman, of Mountain Home and Jolynn and husband, DJ Due, of Yellville; one great grandson, Beau; several nephews; special extended family, Jason Odom and Anita Pitts.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Remmel-McCall Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home 1:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
