A Celebration of Life for Johanna Earle Farris Wade of Cotter, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, September 18, 2016, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Charlie Willett officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the United States Army Honor Guard. Burial will be private in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Johanna passed away September 13, 2016, in Rochester, New York, at the age of 59. She was born October 6, 1956, in Mountain Home, Arkansas, the daughter of Earl and Jean Perryman Farris. She was a Retired Army veteran and teacher. Johanna was a lifetime resident of the Twin Lakes Area.

Johanna is survived by her two daughters, Ashley Renae (Aaron Scalf) Tibbit-Farris of Cotter, AR and Julia Jean (Christopher) Barron of Mountain Home, AR; life companion, Jim Tibbit of Rochester, NY; three grandchildren, Yuri, Kagen, and Kirstyn; one brother, Bill (Brenda) Mackey of Cotter, AR, and one sister, Julia Ann (Eddie) Potts of Norfork, AR.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.

Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
