A funeral service for Helen Lillian Lewis, 86, of Mountain Home, Arkansas will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Kenneth Taglauer officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, October 31, 2011, at the Funeral Home. Helen died Friday, October 28, 2011, at Mountain Home. She was born November 1, 1924, in Melrose Park, Ill,the daughter of Charles and Bertha Fich Woyach. She married Lloyd Lewis on January 4, 1989, in Las Vegas, NV and worked in the Laundry at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. Helen lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1991, moving from California. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and attended the youthful senior exercise program at Cooper Park. Helen is survived by one sister; Betty (James) Niccolai of Carol Stream, IL and several nieces and nephews including Joyce Strauss of Mountain Home. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 brothers and 4 sisters. Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Redeemer Lutheran Church Food Pantry.
