63 years old, worked EZ Discount, known as 'the tire man', worked for the Searcy County road department.
Preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Susie Lowell Stoops; and two brothers, Howard and Charles Dean Lemons.
Survived by his wife; two sons; one brother;one sister; two grandsons; a granddaughter; and his mother-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be in Roller Coffman Chapel. Burial will be in Marshall Memorial Gardens.
