June 19, 1959 - May 16, 2014
James Stephen Wilson, age 54, was born June 19, 1959, at the old hospital in Clinton. He was a 1977 graduate of Clinton High School. He served in the U.S. Army then returned to live in Dennard.
He began attending the Vo-Tech School in Morrilton where he met and married Geneva Shipp. They had a son, Samuel Stephen Wilson.
As a member of the Arkansas National Guard he was called to duty during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
On May 15, 2014, he died when his four-wheeler rolled over on him.
He is survived by his parents Raymond and Camille Wilson and his sister Kay Bensuk of Dennard, his son Samuel and grandson Sawyer of Bee Branch, and a graddaughter, Rose.
He was cremated and his remains will be interred in the Dennard Cemetery.
