Andy Gilliam Family burial: According to Mrs. Pearl Veasey Dearmond, there are several unmarked graves on the old Gilliam place, Southeast of the New Hope Community, and about three fourth mile due East of Mrs. Dearmond's house, land that is now owned by Georgia Pacific. These graves are reported to be members of the Andy Gilliam Family. Reference: Mrs. Pearl Dearmond.
