Levi Henry Barker was born Sept 05, 1888 in Missouri. He was married to Lura Young on Sept 30, 1911 in Stoddard Co, Missouri. Barker enlisted in the army on Sept 19, 1917, serving until June 03, 1919 when he was discharged.
The couple was living in Cow Lake Township, Jackson County, Arkansas by 1920. They are found in 1930 back in Stoddard, Mo. but returned to Jackson County, AR by 1937 at the time of Levi's death. Lura remarried in 1942 to Albert Monroe Casalman. They are both buried in Eight Mile Cemetery also.
