Willard C. Ford, 84 year old resident of Gentry, Arkansas, died Tuesday, Sept. 27, in the Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. Mr. Ford was born March 9, 1893, at Waverly, New York, and had been a resident of this area for approximately 7 years. He was a member of the Grace Episcopal Church and a Veteran of World War 1.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Barbara Sikes of Gentry, Ark., and Mrs. Virginia Williams of Hammond, La.; one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Allyn Wallace of Raleigh, N.C.; nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Mr. Ford had one son, Reed Ford who preceded him in death.
Funeral services for Mr. Ford were held Friday, Sept. 30, at 10;00 a.m. in the Grace Episcopal Church with Rev. Fred Barbee officiating. Burial was in the Bozarth Cemetery near Gentry. Arrangements were under the direction of the Pyeatte Funeral Service.
