Christine Flanigan York, 86, of Parsons, Tenn., died Sunday, June 1, 2014.
She was born Sept. 8, 1927, in Blytheville, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mollie Flanigan; and husband, Ned York Jr.
Survivors include nieces, Susan Sturgeon, Mary Middleton, Margie Hill, Ginger Coleman, Anita Thompson and Patricia Daubman; and nephews, Gary Allen Flanigan, Jerry Flanigan, Terry Flanigan, Jamie Flanigan and James Flanigan.
Funeral services were held at Trinity Baptist Church. Burial was in ElmWood Cemetery.

Ned R. York Jr., 88, of Blytheville died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2010, at Advanced Care Hospital in Searcy.
He was born Oct. 31, 1922, at Friendship, Tenn., to the late Ned R. Sr. and Erin Swope York.
A brother, Billy Swope York, also preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Christine York of Blytheville; and special cousins, Carrie Lee Higgs, Stella York and Ham York Haley.
Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery.
