GRAVETTE — Gary D. Chism, 67, of Gravette passed away Jan. 25, 2014, in Rogers. He was born Nov. 25, 1946, in Bentonville, the son of Carl Chism Jr. and Naomi Townzen Chism. Gary retired from Kraft Foods in Bentonville. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and gardening.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years Helen Tucker Chism of the home; four daughters Julie Cook of Gravette; Karla Ballmann and husband Matt of Gravette; Tracy Warren and husband Byron of Gravette; Katie Reynolds of Bella Vista; and one brother Chuck Chism of Bentonville; five grandchildren Tyler Martin, Skyler Warren, & Katlynn Martin, Jacob Ballmann and Billy Cook.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014, at the Bentonville Cemetery with Pastor Darrell Kepler officiating. Arrangements by Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. Fourth St., Rogers. Online condolence to www.bentoncountyfuneralhome.com.

GRAVETTE — Helen Deloris Chism, 72, of Gravette, passed away July 30, 2018, in Bentonville. She was born Dec. 19, 1945, in Hiwasse, Ark., the daughter of Luther and Katherine Vandiver Tucker.
She was a hairdresser and worked in the cafeteria for the Gravette Public School. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Chism. She is survived by her children, Julie Chism-Cook of Springdale, Karla Ballmann (Matt) of Jay, Okla., Tracy Warren (Byron) of Gravette, Katie Reynolds (James) of Bella Vista; two brothers, Clifton Tucker and Steve Tucker both of Bella Vista; brother-in-law, Chuck Chism of Bella Vista; five grandchildren, Tyler Martin, Skyler Warren, Katlynn Martin, Jacob Ballmann, and Billy Cook.
Graveside services 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, 2018, at the Bentonville Cemetery. Arrangements by Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers. Online condolences www.bentoncountyfuneralhome.com.
