Mr. Donald Pruitt, 52, of Los Angeles, Calif., formerly of Holland, Mo., died Sunday, March 10, 1996, at the West Los Angeles V.A. Medical Center.
Born in Blytheville, Ark., on July 23, 1943, he was an area resident until 1962 at which time he moved to Los Angeles.
A Baptist, he was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a building manager.
Mr. Pruitt leaves two daughters: Donna Pruitt of Alexandria, Va. and Shelia Pruitt of Los Angeles; Three sons: Kennett Pruitt and Ronald Pruitt, both of Los Angeles, and Robert Pruitt of Alexandria; Three sisters; Alma Lois Steele of Lexington, S.C., Melba Weaver of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Shirley Barton of St. Louis, Mo.; and Three brothers: Lonnie Pruitt, James Pruitt, and Edward Smith, all of Steele, Mo.
Funeral services for Mr. Pruitt were held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 1996, at Cobb Funeral Home Chapel in Blytheville.
Burial was at Elmwood Cemetery in Blytheville with arrangements by Cobb Funeral Home.
