Lewis was born on October 10, 1945 and passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018. Lewis was a resident of El Dorado, Arkansas at the time of passing. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at the Bailey Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2018 in the Chapel of Bailey Funeral Home, with Rev. Phillip Nelson and Rev. Adair Ellen officiating. Interment will be in the Arlington Memorial Park in El Dorado, under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of El Dorado, AR. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to Hickory Grove Chapel, 685 Agnes Rd.
