Husband of Gwin Cooper Scott
Frank Douglas Scott, Jr., 75, of Hagarville died Monday, August 22, 2011 at Johnson Regional Medical Center in Clarksville. Born Monday, June 8, 1936 in Long, Oklahoma, to Frank Douglas Scott, Sr., and Vera Ballinger Scott, he attended the Springs of Living Water Church in Ozark and was a retired steel worker.
Survivors include his wife Gwindlene Scott of the home; two sons: James Copeland, Texarkana, TX and Billy Copeland, Oklahoma; two daughters: Vetrice Gaitskell, Coal Hill, AR and Veda Reno, Clarksville, AR; seven grandchildren; and one sister: Betty Queen, Tulsa, OK . He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother: Dole Scott.
Honorary pallbearers are Ned Clemons, Tink Hefley, Jeffery Freeman, Terry Svolos, Dave Giltskell, and Ralph Freeman. Funeral Service will be held 10:00 A.M., Thursday, August 25, 2011, Graveside, Hagarville Cemetery, Hagarville, AR, with Reverend Ricky Haston, and Reverend Bill Reno presiding.
Burial will be in Hagarville Cemetery.
