Doyle Gene Boen was born June 21, 1945 in Hagarville, Arkansas and passed away August 31, 2017 in Russellville, Arkansas, at the age of 72. He was a diesel mechanic and of the Assembly of God faith.


He is preceded in death by his wife, Minnie Hall Boen; and his parents, Herman and Berniece Boen.

Survivors include his daughters, Tina Masterson (Darren of Clarksville and Mandy Wooten (Dwight Weymouth) of Clarksville; brother, Bobby Boen (Ann) of Hagarville; sister, Berneal Warren (Calvin) of Clarksville; grandchildren, Chandra Masterson, Kyndrae Masterson, Maegan Ross, Wesley Ross, and Dylan Ross; and great-grandchildren, McKenzie Moores, Ruger Masterson, Brielle Sanasinh, Marleina Carter, and Quinnci Keith.

There will be an open visitation at Hardwicke Funeral Home.

Graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at the Hagarville Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Don Warren Jerry Hicks, Marion Lauppe, and Floyd Edwards.

Minnie Mae Boen, 71, of Hagarville, died Sunday, June 26, 2011 at Johnson Regional Medical Center in Clarksville, AR. Born June 21, 1940 in Clarksville to Oma Lee and Bessie King Hall she belonged to the Strawberry Assembly of God Church and worked for Johnson Regional Medical Center and Sarah Lee.

Survivors include husband: Doyle Boen; two daughters: Tina Masterson and
Mandy Wooten both of Clarksville; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild;
four brothers: Bob and Claud Dell Hall both of Clarksville; Jack Hall of Lamar, and Steve Hall of Fayetteville; two sisters: Reba Lewis of Lamar and Mary Stark of Clarksville.

Active pallbearers will be Donnie Hicks, Jerry Hicks, Dean Wright, Tony Proctor, Floyd Edwards, and Don Warren. Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Gray, Aubrey Yount, and Jeremy Carlton.
