Neva Talbert
Neva (Owens) Talbert, 92, of Henderson, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, October 29, 2020 in Henderson, Arkansas. Neva was born January 28, 1928 to Otis Lee Owens and Sarah Elizabeth (McCarty) Owens in Elizabeth, Arkansas.
Neva was united in marriage to James Talbert on April 20, 1946 in Henderson, Arkansas. Neva spent her working years as an assembler with Baxter Lab at Mountain Home, Arkansas. Neva was strong willed, independent, loved her dog (Trixie), and attended Henderson Baptist Church. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, aunt, and friend.
Neva is survived by many nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends. Neva is preceded in death by her husband, parents, sister (Johnese Rhama), and two brothers (Linza Owens and Charlie Owens).
Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Custer Herron Cemetery in Henderson, Arkansas with Bro. Van Brown officiating. Memorials may be made to the Custer Herron Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
