Loarn Junior Christenson, Jr., 95, of Lexa, Arkansas passed away Friday, November 09, 2018 peacefully at home with his family at his side. Loarn was born to Loarn Christenson, Sr. and Mary Hartz Christenson in Wheatley, Arkansas on April 29, 1923.
Mr. Christenson is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Hicks Christenson; three brothers, George, Andrew and Edward Christenson; three sisters, Laura Jean Forbess, Marie Burrows and Sue Wooten.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Rondo Baptist Church in Rondo, Arkansas. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 13, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in Marianna, AR. (870) 295-2528. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena, Arkansas.

Audrey Christenson of Lexa, Arkansas passed away Monday, August 4 in Memphis, at the age of 84 years.
Audrey was born on April 13, 1924 in Wyatt, Mississippi to Lester and Edna Wooten Hicks. She married Loarn Christenson and later worked for many years as bookkeeper at the Cotton Gin.
Survivors include her husband Loarn of Lexa; brothers-in-law Edward Christenson and James Sellers; sister-in-law Harryette Christenson; Nieces Ann McArthur (Larry), Geraldine Ray (Allen), Joyce Johnston (Jimmy), Glenda Martin, Jeannie White (Terry), Laura Ann Dillard (W.A.), Margaret Wooten and Ann Claire Vaccaro (Victor); Nephews Jimmy Sellers, Keith Sellers (Anita), Bobby Sellers (Veronica), Steven Christenson (Debra), Bill Forbess (Liz), and Herman Wooten, Jr. (Peggy); other relatives and friends.
Audrey was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Edna Hicks, and one sister, Virginia Sellers.
Services will be Thursday, August 7, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Rondo Baptist Church in Rondo, Arkansas. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens near Barton, AR. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in Marianna, AR.
